The development of China’s social work in the new era has higher expectations for social work education. The Conference on Social Work Education and Curriculum Development: International Experience and Local Practice aims to

  • build an international education platform to broaden the horizons of Chinese social work educators,
  • provide Chinese social work educators with a solid understanding of social work curriculum development;
  • strengthen exchange among Chinese social work educators and its counterparts from Hong Kong, Macao,Taiwan and the greater international community;
  • promote the internationalization and localization of social work education and research in China.
